Our phone system gives information about your home 24 hours a day 7 days a week. When a prospect calls us they immediately receive most of the information they need about the home. At the push of a button the prospect can be on the phone with one of our leasing specialist for further assistance. When you go out who takes the calls on your property? Your answering machine? Your child?

 

The highest risk time in property management is when the tenant is moving in or out. Remarkable Property Management provides professionally prepared leases and forms to protect and insure your rights as a landlord. We make sure that the utilities are transferred properly. Making sure that the move-in goes smoothly and that a proper walk-thru is done is part of our standard service.

 

6.What about the security of my property?

 

Security is something we all think about these days, personal as well as property security. Remarkable Property Management never sends someone to your home; a licensed real estate agent will always escort them. We also remove the risk of you meeting someone alone on your property. This may sound foolish, but consider this: You get a call about your property and you are to meet the potential tenant there at 6:00 pm. Now it's 6:30 pm and dark.
